1."Gearflow Powermate" refers to the exoskeleton device developed and manufactured by Gearflow Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., including but not limited to the Powermate series, and all related accessories and components.

2."Services" refer to the software, mobile applications, cloud data services, customer support, and any other related or extended services provided by Gearflow.

3."User" or "you" means any individual or entity that uses Gearflow products or services.

1. Recreational and Sports Use

The Gearflow Powermate is an intelligent exoskeleton designed to enhance mobility and performance during activities such as walking, running, hiking, exploration, and everyday movement. Please note that this device is a recreational product, not a medical or rehabilitation device.

You must carefully read the User Manual and Quick Start Guide before use and complete all required setup and operation training. Gearflow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury or property damage arising from improper operation, failure to follow the instructions, use beyond the intended purpose, or use in hazardous environments.

Users must exercise caution, comply with traffic and public safety regulations, and operate the device responsibly according to their physical condition. All risks associated with the use of the Powermate—including but not limited to falls, collisions, or loss of control—are solely assumed by the user.

2. Data Backup and Recovery

The Gearflow Powermate and its companion app may automatically back up certain data (such as account information, device settings, activity records, wireless configurations, and operation logs) to the cloud. While Gearflow takes reasonable measures to protect data security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to or recovery of backed-up data.

3. Software License and Restrictions

Gearflow software is licensed for use only on Gearflow devices or designated applications. Users may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or commercially distribute the software in any form. All intellectual property rights in and to the software remain the exclusive property of Gearflow. Any additional software terms published in the app or on the official website shall also apply.

Certain Powermate features—such as device management, firmware updates, cloud synchronization, and mapping services—require an active network connection or data plan provided by third parties. You are responsible for obtaining valid network access and bearing any related costs. Gearflow shall not be liable for interruptions, signal issues, or unavailability caused by third-party services.

2. Service Availability

Some features or services may be unavailable in certain regions, device models, or times, or may require a separate subscription. If wireless or data services are not available in your location, specific features may be limited or nonfunctional.

Gearflow software and services may collect data related to your device usage, including but not limited to operating status, activity modes, location data, performance metrics, and account details. Such data will be handled in accordance with the Gearflow Privacy Policy to improve product performance and provide a personalized user experience.

2. Cross-border Data Transfer

Collected data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country or region. Gearflow will take reasonable security measures to protect your data; however, you acknowledge that data protection standards may vary across jurisdictions.

Gearflow reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time due to product updates or legal requirements. Revised terms will be posted on the official website or within the application. Continued use of Gearflow products or services after the revised terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Termination of Services

Gearflow may suspend or terminate your account, delete associated data, or deny service if you violate this Agreement, applicable laws, or system security (including misuse, illegal content posting, or harmful interference with services).

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Gearflow Powermate is designed for recreational and mobility assistance purposes. Gearflow shall not be liable for:

• Injuries or damages resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or overloading the device;
• Interruptions or issues caused by third-party networks, software, or equipment;
• Force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, legal changes, war, or cyberattacks);
• Indirect losses caused by transmission errors or data delays.

In all cases, Gearflow's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the device or service in question.

4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
