1. Account Registration

To create a Gearflow account and provide you with basic services, we collect:

• Email address and password: for registration, login, identity verification, and essential notifications;
• Country or region information: to allocate the appropriate server region and language settings;

2. Product Fit and Experience Optimization

To ensure optimal fit and performance for your Powermate, we may collect:

• Gender, height, and weight information: to recommend the most suitable exoskeleton size and assistance configuration;
• Optional information (waist and hip measurements): to enhance precision in adjustment; you may choose not to provide this information.

3. User Profile

You may optionally set a nickname and profile photo in the Gearflow App to enhance personalization and community engagement.

4. Device and Performance Data

To improve performance and ensure device security, we may collect:

• Device model, serial number, firmware version, system logs, app version, and connection status;
• Operation logs and crash reports for troubleshooting and optimization.

5. Location Information

When using Bluetooth or map-related features, the Gearflow App may:

• Collect IP address to determine general location (city, country);
• Request precise GPS location to ensure stable Bluetooth connectivity.

We will always seek your consent before collecting or using precise location data.

The Gearflow App will not continue collecting location data after it is closed.

6. Device Identification and Security Risk Control Information

To identify your device, prevent malicious programs, combat cheating behaviors, enhance service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will lawfully collect your terminal device identifiers, including IMEI, device serial number, OAID, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, MAC address and SIM card serial number. We may also collect the list of installed applications and running processes on your device. All such data is used solely for risk verification. We will not use it for targeted advertising or disclose it to any external parties.

7. Storage and Hardware Detection Information

To support local cache cleaning and application performance optimization functions, we will access internal storage and external SD card data with your authorized storage permission. We will also monitor CPU usage, available memory and SD card status. All operations are only for local resource optimization, and we will not upload any private files stored on your device.

8. Terminal Sensor Usage Information

When you play videos or view panoramic device materials within the App, we will temporarily access the gravity sensor and accelerometer to adapt the viewing perspective and automatically switch screen orientation. Sensor data is processed locally in real time. We do not collect, upload or store raw sensor data, and sensor access will be terminated immediately after video playback ends.

9. Clipboard Information

To optimize the paste input experience and improve the convenience of account login and form filling operations, our application only temporarily reads device clipboard content when you actively trigger paste operations. All clipboard data is processed locally on the device only for the current operation. We do not upload, store, analyze or retain your clipboard information, nor do we share relevant data with any third parties. The app will not silently read or obtain clipboard content in the background to fully protect your privacy security.

10. Supplementary Rules for Clipboard in Sharing Scenarios

When you actively send or receive shared content, the App will temporarily read passwords, sharing codes and web links from the clipboard locally. The clipboard will only be accessed when you manually trigger the sharing function, and will never be read silently in the background. The acquired content is only used to implement device redirection, campaign linkage and content reception. The cached clipboard data will be cleared right after use, and we will not retain or upload any relevant clipboard information.

1. Storage Location

Gearflow servers may be located in different countries or regions.

When transferring your data across borders, we implement encryption and security measures to ensure compliance with this policy and applicable laws.

2. Storage Duration

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. For example:

• Account information: retained for as long as you use Gearflow Products; deleted or anonymized in accordance with legal requirements once your account is closed;
• If a product or service is discontinued, we will notify you through in-app notifications or public announcements and delete the relevant data within a reasonable time frame.

1. Bluetooth Permission

Purpose: to connect the Gearflow Powermate for data synchronization and device control.

Usage: used only for pairing and communication; does not access other Bluetooth devices or data.

2. Location Permission

Purpose: to enhance Powermate search and Bluetooth connection stability; some features may require precise GPS location.

Usage: collected only with your consent; not used once the app is closed.

3. Storage Permission

Purpose: to save user preferences, cache, and local app data.

Usage: limited to Gearflow App files; does not access other apps or personal files.

4. Camera Permission

Purpose: to allow in-app photo capture or QR code scanning.

Usage: requested only when you actively use the related features; never accessed without your action.

5. Photo Library Permission

Purpose: to upload or select photos and videos for in-app use.

Usage: used only for file selection and upload; does not access unrelated media.

1. Integration with Third-Party SDKs

To enable features such as login, payment, or analytics, the Gearflow App may integrate third-party SDKs (e.g., Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in modules).

We only share the minimum necessary data and require all partners to comply with equivalent data protection standards.

2. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer, we will notify you and ensure that the successor entity continues to adhere to this Privacy Policy.

3. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not and will never sell your personal information to any third party.

1. In-app self-Deletion

Login to your Gearflow App account, go to Profile - Account Security - Delete Account, complete identity verification according to the on-screen guidelines, and submit your deletion application after confirming your intention.

2. Email deletion

If you cannot complete in-app deletion, you may send a deletion application email to our official customer service mailbox support@gearflow-robotics.com. Please state your registered account, registered email address and deletion reason in the email, and our staff will assist you with the review and processing. After you submit the account deletion application, we will complete the review and data cleaning process within 15 working days. Once the account deletion takes effect, we will immediately terminate all services for you. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we will delete or anonymize your account data, personal information and device binding records. The processed data will not be used for commercial purposes, disclosed or shared with any third parties. After the account is successfully cancelled, you will permanently lose all access permissions of the account, and you will no longer be able to log in or use any functions of this application. All device binding relationships associated with the account will be automatically released and cannot be restored.
